
What is psychotherapy?
Psychotherapy recognises the lasting impact of trauma. Trauma may mean different things to different people, if you feel impacted by a past event or difficult relationship, anxiety, loss or a lack of confidence, trouble feeling well, then this may be your trauma. Trauma does not have a hierarchy it is a uniquely felt individual experience. I offer Integrative Psychotherapy. I focus on compassionate listening, enquiry and empathy, not diagnosis.
I will work with you to deepen your understanding of your experiences and move towards recovery.

I offer Integrative Psychotherapy, the focus of which is on attuned listening, enquiry, empathy and reflection. I am here to support you in understanding and making lasting changes for yourself.
I will support you to explore your themes, issues, thoughts, and emotions in a non-judgemental, relational manner.
I offer face to face and online sessions.
